- Must be 18 years old or older, ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to read a map and follow instructions.
- Must posses a Valid Drivers License, Insurance and a good driving record.
- Vehicle needed.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Looking for minimum one year commitment (or longer).

- High and low wall and ceiling dusting.
- Picture and wall hanging dusting and glass cleaning.
- Cleaning inside/outside of appliances including ovens.
- Clean window sill and chair rail.
- Cleaning counter space, tables and chairs.
- Scouring sinks, tubs and showers.
- Polishing chrome & fixtures.
- Wiping off telephones.
- Spot cleaning hand prints on light switch plates.
- Wall washing and mirror cleaning.
- Vacuuming tile and carpet.
- Floor sweeping.
- Hand scrub floors.
- Floor waxing.
- Light furniture moving.
- Trash consolidating and hauling.
- Bed making.
- Complete bathroom cleaning.
- Other Miscellaneous cleaning task.
